Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Fleury Solutions’ products and services.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Digital Marketing Management
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and grow the company’s online presence across social media channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
Market Research & Product Alignment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Event Coordination
- Plan and promote product launches, webinars, and other marketing events to maximize engagement.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers, including loyalty programs and personalized communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, preferably in IT, SaaS, or construction industries.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and web analytics platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., RISE CRM) and email marketing tools.
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
